Align Wellness Occupational Therapy, is dedicated to aligning health through mental health occupational therapy and psychological support for adolescents and adults. We assist individuals experiencing mental health conditions, navigating neurodiversity, and managing psychosocial disabilities, all while enhancing overall wellbeing through the principles of wellbeing OT and the power of meaningful occupation.
